Why I left My Previous Organization?
Hey Friends,
We just realized that one of our article WHY EMPLOYEES LEAVE ORGANISATIONS ?- Azim Premji, CEO- Wipro got huge response from professionals our there at Linkedin.
It has got huge number of comments from employees, managers, etc… stating their own views and reasons.
You would have left your previous organizations for some or the other reason, Right? So lets share your reason here. Why you left your previous organizations?
Here are my own reasons…
- I left my first organization (Wipro) for better PAY and designation
- Second organization (Unithink) as i didn’t liked their policies
Now am very happy with oracle Corp where i get everything and anything including Pay, growth, etc…

Left Infy recently to live my life and to run away from manager who treats us as slaves.

I am leaving my current Organization(adp) for Better Pay and More Challenging work where I can prove my Skill
