To display or hide a Toolbar in QuickTest Professional select VIEW ? TOOLBARS. In the submenu that appears, select or deselect the toolbar that you want to display or hide.The toolbars available in QuickTest Professional are:

  • Standard: Provides buttons for standard Windows commands.
  • Automation: Provides buttons to record a Test.
  • Debug: Provides buttons that help you to debug a test (The Debug toolbar is not displayed when you open QuickTest for the first time)
  • Edit: Provides buttons for editing a test.
  • Insert: Provides buttons for inserting steps, Checkpoints, Actions, and output values in a test.
  • Tools: Provides buttons to set Options, check syntax, and use Object Spy.
  • View: Provides buttons to view different panes that help during the testing process.
  • Action: Provides buttons and a list of actions that enable you to view the details of
    an action or the complete test flow.
