Job Description:

  • 6+ years of IT Experience of which, should have at least 2+ years of experience in Automation testing tools, Test scripts preparation & execution (Preference – QTP/WINRUNNER/LOADRUNNER.)
  • Develop framework
  • Author test scripts
  • Review test scripts to ensure adherence to standards

Prerequisite Skills & Primary Responsibilities/Duties –

  • Understand the user requirements
  • Prepare Test Strategy / Test Plan & Test Reports
  • Prepare and Execute Test Cases
  • Prepare status Report and also participate in the project conference calls / meetings
  • Review the test artifacts prepared by the team
  • Log and track defects to closure
  • Allocate work to the team and track the team’s activities
  • Participate in the conference call with the client (as required)
  • Ensure adherence to the quality process at Lionbridge
  • Ensure productivity of the resources
  • Knowledge of sdlc and software testing concepts
  • Knowledge of ISO and CMM processes
  • Ability to prepare test strategy and test plan
  • Should be able to guide the team and track their activities
  • Should have worked in any test automation tool at least for a period of 2 years
