Job Description:

  • 8+ yrs experience in Testing/ Development organization/ Bank in middle/ senior management level
  • Good exposure to Cards domain and understand Card Life Cycle functionalities
  • Should have been involved in Testing projects at least for a period of 6 years
  • Familiar with the most common Test Project risks and should have good exposure in managing Project Risks.
  • Good exposure to Quality Center/ any other Test/ Defect management tool
  • Ability to strategize testing and involved in preparing Test Strategies
  • Exposure in preparing Project Budgets and tracking – Good in planning People and Infrastructure needs
  • Good knowledge on Quality process and procedures followed
  • Should have demonstrated implementing Process improvements
  • Good knowledge on Project planning using MPP or other similar tool
  • Strong Front ending and Communication skills
  • Managed large teams, good mentoring, motivation, leadership and PR skills.
  • Willing to Travel and open to relocation.
