  • Expertise in Automation Testing using IBM-Rational-Functional Tester.
  • Experience in Test Planning, Test preparation and Execution.
  • Experience in handling a team.
  • Experience in understanding the client’s system architecture.
  • Performing current state assessment & gap analysis
  • Performing Test Scoping & Estimation
  • Recommending a Test Environment
  • Translating Test Requirements into Test Design
  • Deciding & designing Test Automation Strategy
  • Doing Test Project Management against SLAs and building relationships with client counterparts.
  • CSTE/ISEB/ISTQB Certification and Certification in RFT would be an added advantage
