Job Description:
- Proficiency in developing Test Plans, Test Strategy and Test Cases (should be able to clearly explain different test case design techniques)
- Good knowledge in test estimation, test metrics
- Demonstrable experience in risk / issue identification and mitigation (project risk, Product failure risk & people related risks)
- Clear insights into the importance with ability to create meaningful test reports
- Decent knowledge on technical aspects of testing. This includes:
- Good knowledge of QTP automation tool.
- Good understanding of test automation frameworks
- Good understanding on performance testing
- Good knowledge on programming & databases
- Good domain knowledge in case significant portion of work experience is from BFSI or Telecom domain
Basic knowledge of MS Project or similar tool to manage test schedules
