Job Description:

  • Has been throughout working in Testing, i.e. grown through all the all roles, i.e. tester to Test lead to test manager.
  • Should have written / reviewed test cases in his or her early years as a tester , and prepared Test Strategy as a test lead
  • Should have had a prior App dev / AVM delivery background with significant exposure to testing
  • Should have Excellent Communication and Client management capability.
  • Familiar with Testing models, processes, test estimation and common testing tools
  • Has done test project management, i.e. planning, test reporting, understands testing metrics
  • Familiar with targets that a Manager would have i.e. revenue, profitability, Utilization
  • Has led teams, i.e. assessed team members, planned their training and familiar with resourcing issues
  • Familiar with onsite offshore model and preferably has experience of working in client location for some time.
