Job Description:

  • Experience of 8 to 10 years in software testing
  • Should have experience managing 25 – 30 members team
  • Hands on experience in the following:
  • Define and optimize Test Process
  • Ability to suggest appropriate test strategies & good understanding of different testing techniques
  • Test automation, specifically being able to define automation frameworks
  • Test defect metrics knowledge
  • Good understanding of different kinds of tests like
  • Performance tests
  • Data warehouse testing
  • Application security tests
  • white Box testing
  • Experience in involving in Presales for QA engagements
  • Good at test effort estimation and ability to define and measure different metrics
  • Good understanding of different Test Process models like TMM, TPI etc
  • Preferable to be certified (CSQA or any other similar certifications)
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in grooming next level of leadership
  • Ability to conduct trainings on testing and related concepts
