Job Description:

  • Test Manager good communication & understanding of end to end Test Management
  • Understanding of Testing concepts of Performance and Automation
  • Technical / Infrastructure testing experience
  • Experience in environments set up and management preferred
  • Sound knowledge in the Infrastructure – across OS platforms, servers, databases, should be able to understand end to end solution architecture from an infrastructure perspective
  • Understanding on software release and configuration management – preferred
  • Understanding on Banking domain preferred
  • Role
  • Co-ordinate with all the project team to understand their testing needs and plan the test strategy, plan, estimation accordingly
  • Provide enough notice to infrastructure teams in more hardware/software required
  • Ensure right code base is available in each test environment
  • Ensure right test data is available in each test environment
  • High uptime of test environment
  • Maximize the infrastructure resource utilization
  • Test execution with team
  • Test Reporting
  • Stakeholder Management
