Job Description:
- Defines Test Requirement
- Maps test coverage and Requirement (Owns Traceability Matrix)
- Reviews test plan and test cases
- Identifies and Defines Non-Functional Tests
- Identifies and Defines Automation Tests
- Leads ATP and Test plan review
- Validates and recommends whether DUT is ready for release
- Identifies area of Risk in Test execution
- Defines Test Infrastructure (Tools and Equipments)
- Monitors and Reporting of Test Progress in their respective CAT
- Contributing in defining TIS (Test and Integration Strategy)
- Responsible for creating and controlling test environment
- Defines test plan and Test cases in accordance with TIS
- Analysis of defects across similar projects and Report it to project team
- Ensure that all relevant test Product documentation is complete (reviewed and up to date) as defined in TIS
- Ensure that all ATP and Test report for each completed test cycle is updated in repository
- Conducting test-design and test procedure walk through and inspection
- Technical leadership for the test program, including test approach in their respective CAT
- Estimates test duration for test cycle
- Optimizes the test duration required for execution
- Mentors team members
- Prioritization of Tasks
- Interacts with counterparts and update status and planned test activities
- Participates in Team Meeting and Peer reviews
