Job Description:

  • Good hands on knowledge on Test process implementation, Test planning, Preparation of Test Matrices, Testing techniques, Testing Methodologies, Automation – Functional and Performance tests
  • Define test scope for systems through review of project documents, research and coordination
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preparing Test Schedules, Estimation
  • Well versed with Risk Management, Release Management process
  • Adaptability; Multi-tasking – to be able to work across teams and with different teams
  • Experienced in development of IT Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines specifically related to software and testing
  • Proficient in Siebel usage and excellent knowledge on the defect management process and tools
  • Hands-on and Proficient in using Load Runner test tools with PeopleSoft protocol
  • Test Results reporting and defect reporting with excellent metrics showcasing details on the release and test deliverables.
  • Experience in Preparing QA Dashboard
  • Managing and involving hands-on in the entire test Life Cycle phase
  • Hands-on on Functional Automation tools
  • Should have managed teams with various levels of Engineers
  • Should be experienced in handling projects from onsite-offshore model
  • Technical leadership for the test program, including test approach
  • Support for customer interface, testing resource supervision and progress status reporting
  • Verifying the quality of the requirements, including testability, requirement definition, test design, test-script and test-data development, test automation, test-environment configuration; test-script configuration management, and test execution
  • Excellent exposure to procedures and production environment of multiple systems that require quality control
  • Staying current on latest test approaches and tools, and transferring this knowledge to test team
  • Well versed with change management and change process adaptation
  • Escalate issues to the Test Manager/Project Manager if unable to resolve within his/her responsibility
  • Test Traceability Matrix (tracing the test-procedures to the test requirements)
  • Ensuring that test documentation are up to date along the project phase
