Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity to join Cisco Systems. We are looking for candidates who strive in a fast paced start up like environment. You will be part of an experienced team working on next generation Data center products. The work involves the verification of products using innovative technology such as I/O virtualization & I/O consolidation via Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE) specifically designed for data center needs.

Key Skills :

  • Excellent experience in L2 Ethernet Switching protocols testing like VLAN, LACP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, IGMP Snooping, ISSU (Inservice Software Upgrade), QoS
  • Exposure to SAN technologies, prior experience with storage and switching systems, with good understanding of Fiber Channel technology and protocols.
  • Proficient in programming with at iTcl/Expect
  • Good knowledge of system hardware architecture with very good debugging skills.
  • Experience writing Test Plans, experience using test tools like IXIA/Spirent
  • Fast learner and flexible, be able to adapt to new areas and technologies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/E&C/EE) or equivalent with 8 to 12 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience with Data Center Ethernet, DCBX.
  • Experience working on Cisco Switching Products. Prefer CCNP/CCIE certification in Switching and Routing
