Job Description:

  •  Knowledge of Wipro’s Quality System (VelociQ), ISO 9001/ISO 20000/CMMI/ITIL/Six Sigma/Lean.
  •  SQA with experience in quality standards, process framework implementation and quality audits.
  • Lead and Interact with customers and practice, domain, verticals ensure quality expectations are met.
  • Knowledge in handling Non-Compliance and can conduct RCA.
  • Certification or implementation experience in Six Sigma and Lean principles preferred.
  • Self initiator, excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
  • Preferably working experience in E-Cube.
  • Project management experience preferred.
