Job Description:

  • To manage the Testing Team.
  • To take accountability and responsibility for the delivery of Testing assignments .
  • To meet customer satisfaction criteria and contractual obligations within a budget and timescale, ensuring testing assignment is delivered to expected standards.
  • To achieve Results through acknowledged technical ability and team.
  • To support business development activities thru leading the overall solution design for testing, and business case creation, should be able to handle RFP/RFI.
  • To plan, schedule and monitor Testing assignments and deliver to time and budget, meeting quality criteria and contract as appropriate.
  • To prepare (wherever required) Test Strategies for complex requirements.
  • To ensure that the appropriate methods specified are used to deliver the proposed system. To ensure that the team works to agreed standards and processes.
  • Technology adoption and capacity building and align with corporate practice strategy
