Job Description:

  • This person will have all the responsibilities of a Senior QA Engineer.

    • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Apart from owning the regular testing responsibilities the Senior QA Engineer should play the role of a technical mentor to the junior members in the team.
  • This person should be able to review technical documents, design architecture and use that information to give inputs to the Test Designs.
  • This person should also be the pioneer in creating specialized System Tests such as Performance, Load, etc.
  • This person should have the aptitude to think of complex test scenarios and find issues that are not easily detected.
  • This person should also develop basic coordination skills so that some of Lead’s tasks can be delegated and in this person can back up when the Lead is not available
