  • As SEPG member participating in process improvement & process writing initiatives at Org level
  • Metrics computation and analysis of data for Projects & Functions
  • Sigma Analysis for computing control limits for metrics
  • Successfully managing surveillance audits for ISO & ISMS 27001
  • Managing organizational process asset library (Integrated QMS based on ISO & CMMI & ISMS)
  • Planning and conducting Internal audits and corrective Actions based on findings
  • Regular SQA reviews for Projects
