Job Description:
- Metrics analysis(data collection, validation & analysis)
- Establish Process capability baselines (PCB)
- Establish process performance models
- Process definition / improvements
- Analysis (Customer survey, Internal Audit, SQA Audit, Causal Analysis Resolution etc)
- Conduct training on Metrics Management, CAR, DAR etc
Desired Profile:
- Candidate should have extensive experience in CMMI ML5 implementation
- Certified Internal Auditor
- EPG Member
- ATM Member
- Qualification should be B. Tech/MCA/MSc
