  • Make quality status and risks of the SW development activities visible, including defining and following up on specific quality targets in the SW development life-cycle
  • Coach and facilitate development managers and multiple SW development teams to ensure that they are successful in meeting quality targets
  • Initiate or lead Local and entity-level quality improvements
  • Coach and participate in a community of SW Quality Managers to share and implement best practice
  • Key deliverables/output
  • Lessons learned findings for local and senior management, local and Global improvement suggestions, agreed plans for quality improvement activities with local teams and the entity-wide organisation.
  • Success criteria :
  • Concrete quality improvments in place at local and entitiy level.
  • Continuous visibility of quality status and quality risks; help teams focus on critical items and learn and improve.
  • Positive feedback from teams and development team line managers of own positive contribution
