Job Description:

  • Experience in implementation of CMMI Ver 1.2 ML3, ML4 (preferably)
  • Should have been involved in preparation of Software Quality Assurance Plan for projects.
  • Provide support to project teams during planning, process tailoring and project execution
  • Should have been involved in collection of project metrics and analyzing project performance
  • Analyzing and compiling of Root cause Analysis for project and take appropriate preventive Action form its reoccurrence.
  • Report project quality related issues to top management on regular basis.
  • Performs quality reviews and other control activities (e.g. participates in reviews of work products and processes) to identify weak processes.
  • Ensures employee training on quality areas/ issues
  • Knowledge and experience in management processes
