Currently we are looking for the following skills.


Manual Test Engineer


Required Skills:

  • 3+ years QA/Test experience
  • College degree in computer science or related field, advanced degree and/or certifications preferred
  • Ability to act individually and as a team member in resolving problems and completing projects
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to create and document test plans and test cases of varying complexity
  • Experience creating defect reports and documenting test Results
  • SQL experience (ability to write SQL queries to prepare test data and validate results in the database)
  • Experience testing interfaces between several systems
  • Fulfilling Quality Assurance/Test roles throughout a full Product Life Cycle including experience in test reviews etc.
  • Experience reporting status/progress consistently to management
  • Customer facing abilities and decision making abilities.


Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of mortgage banking terminology, processes and procedures
  • Analyzing complex, written documents (requirements and design) to extrapolate information for test planning activities
  • AS400 experience
  • Knowledge of Mercury automated tools (Quality Center and QuickTest Professional)
  • Test estimation experience

Automation Test Engineer


Required Skills:

  • 3+ years QA/Test experience
  • College degree in computer science or related field, advanced degree and/or certifications preferred
  • Musthave QTP Hands on Exp
  • Good to have Testing Certifications
  • Good to have QTP-Uinfragistics Knowledge
  • Ability to act individually and as a team member in resolving problems and completing projects
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
  • Experience reporting status/progress consistently to management
  • Customer facing abilities and decision making abilities.
