Job Description:

  • Provide leadership to the software testing team
  • Develop and execute software testing project plans, and manage schedules and resource allocation
  • Actively manage projects on a day to day basis to ensure that project outputs are being delivered on schedule and to the required quality
  • Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple types of testing
  • Manage scope and mitigate risk across projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both external and internal clients, support the management to develop new opportunities where appropriate
  • Provide effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance to plan
  • Manage the execution of software testing efforts, including all associated resources to meet committed delivery dates
  • Implement/Adhere to Test metrics and defect prevention
  • Coordinate and execute testing, create test plans, scripts, bug tracking, etc.
