Job Description:

  • Person will be responsible for planning and execution activities for Regression, Reliability and Availability testing. He/She needs to lead and drive the testing activities for Application migration from Lotus Notes to MOSS.
  • Role will demand interaction with engineering team to define the scope of Lotus Notes application testing once its migrated to MOSS
  • Working experience on Louts Notes, MOSS and Windows platforms.
  • Experience in Performance and Reliability testing on software products
  • Experienced in software testing process. Experience in backup applications is an added advantage. Experience working with Global engineering teams. Ability to debug code and identify issues related to reliability and performance testing. Provide technical leadership to junior engineers
  • Testing done on MOSS, .NET applications.
  • Well versed with the testing process and end to end testing.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and preparation of various Test artifacts such as test plan, scenarios and guidelines.
  • Automation tool experience using Mercury Quicktest, Win runner etc.
  • Integration testing experience.
  • Load testing experience using Load Runner etc.
  • At least one migration project testing such as Lotus Notes to Sharepoint/.Net, Plumtree to SharePoint/.NET etc.
