Job Description:

  • Strong enterprise software background with 12+ years experience in development and/or testing with significant number of years dedicated to testing.
  • Involved in developing, modifying, and executing Application Test strategies
  • Solid understand of Web Application Testing, Integration, Load testing, Stress testing,
    Security and Vulnerability Testing and Test Automation
  • Full knowledge of Agile and Scrum Methodologies
  • Experience working with Mercury Test Suite, Quick Test Pro (QTP), Win Runner, Load Runner,AppScan, etc.
  • Regularly interact with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning delivery of
    projects for customers
  • Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Able to change the thinking of or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent work standards and highly motivated
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (interpersonal and client-facing)
  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
