Job Description:
- Develops and maintains Test specs, test cases, test scripts and test data based upon business requirements.
- Worked across Various test automation tools and frameworks across Test Strategy, Planning, Execution and reporting,
- Should have worked on SOA (Service oriented architecture)
- Have good knowledge on Web Technologies, like XML, CSS, Javascript, WSDL, Web services, SOAP, JAVA Technologies.
- Analyze and identify root causes of any performance bottlenecks and giving solutions on need basis.
- Experience in automation and performance testing of web applications, client server applications and give solutions
- Knowledge of VMWare and the performance characteristics of enterprise Application Running in a Virtual Server.
- Experience in working the full Software Development Life Cycle in an Object Oriented framework
- Experience with use database query tools such as oracle PL/SQL
- Strong end to end testing experience.
- Front and Backend test experience is required, particularly in web based.
- Executes and communicates test Results and participates in release decisions.
- Able to work effectively across cross-functional teams or alone.
Preferences: Years Skills/Experience
- Bachelors of Engineers (or equivalent). 3+ yrs of QC working in multiple projects and highly complex environments.
- Experience in understanding the Business requirement, Writing Testcases, Updating test results and communication Test status to leads
- Previous development experience is an added plus but not mandatory
- Should have knowledge on Open-Source Tools, automation frameworks,
- Working knowledge on Open-Source Tools like Jmeter, Grinder, Selenium , SoapUI,
- Working knowledge on SilkTest and Loadrunner would be advantage
- Must be proficient in any of one of following scripting
Java Script
Web Script
C Scripting
SQL
