Job Description:

  • Must possess 5-7 yrs years hands on experience and extremely sound knowledge in ISO implementation (all clauses, mainly in electronics engineering (both hardware & Software)
  • Should be certified Internal auditor or lead auditor for ISO 9001: 2008 and have extremely good auditing skills
  • Good knowledge in Product development processes (CMMI – level 5) in an electronics or associated product industry and be able to conduct and complete full Life Cycle audits
  • Experience in working in embedded product development groups would be an advantage
  • Should be able to collect, compile, analyse data and drive Actions based on the analysis (metrics)
  • Working knowledge of environmental management system would be plus
  • Should have good procedure writing skills and clear & strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Should have exposure to supplier assessment
  • Should have good leadership, training, coaching and mentoring capability
