Job Description:

  • Quality check, provide direction and review.
  • Drive high CSATs independently or with a team, by being responsible for timely delivery of projects with an eye on quality, timelines and client expectations.
  • Compliance to quality, confidentialty and security. Execute and propel quality systems, processes and policies
  • Liase with internal auditors to follow and ensure execution of corrective Action and compliance to specification
  • Identify the quality training needs for various requirements and take action to comply with the same
  • Monitor performance by collating and analysing performance data and charts against defined Parameters
  • Responsible for end to end QA requirements for the projects and reviews of quality assurance metrics for project teams or team assigned
