Job Description:

  • Creation of Test scenarios and Test cases by analyzing the functional specifications
  • Testing the Web based applications using the available test cases and validating the Kenexa applications for the expected behavior.
  • Logging the new defects and work towards the closure of defects, verifying the client reported issues and work towards the closure.
  • Successfully works on multiple concurrent work requests.
  • Effectively prioritizes and executes tasks in a high-pressure environment with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Provides clear, accurate and prompt communication to the leadership and management teams.
  • Works as a team player in a Global project team environment Split between India and the U.S.
  • Works closely with various stake holders like Development, Technical Writing, Product Management, support teams to ensure quality deliverables.
