Job Description:
- Preparation of ticket analysis reports
- Conduct statistical analysis n ticket categories & identify improvement areas
- Conduct account level analysis of proactive defect preventing
- Triggering of new investigations (in cordinating with the Senior SA).
- Drive the RCA process and implementation with SA and SMEs
- Implementation / Closure : 60 days is the maximum time t implement/close an investigating
- Preparation of reports with projected impact
- Preparation of weekly metrics and status f defect preventing process
- Ensure transfer of best practices across accounts within the pl
- Achieve at least 30% of overall ticket reduction within the pl/department in 2010 – 30% ticket reduction
