Job Description:
- Actively involved in Gap Analysis of QA Testing Processes. It involves analyzing the “As-Is” process, “Finding Gaps”, “Recommendations”, “To-Be” process.
- Create Test Plan, Work assignment and tracking in the team, Escalating project related issues and concerns with client and Status Reporting for QA activities to client.
- Responsible for the Creation of Automation Test Scripts, Test Execution using QTP. Test Management and Defect Tracking using Quality Center.
- Ensure timely activity, Integration and efficient use of time and resources to meet the requirement.
- Responsible for managing project within the constraint of scope, quality, time and cost to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction.
- Manage peer-level client relationships (estimations, expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.)
- Actively involved in meetings and discussion with the client for requirements freeze.
- Defining scope of the project and gathering Business Requirements for different releases.
- Conducting & facilitating tollgate meetings
- Collecting, analyzing & disseminating project information and reporting on progress to senior management.
- Status meetings and escalation meetings with the client.
