Job Description:

  • Experience in Software Quality Life Cycle- Management, Control and Assurance. Recent experience should be preferably about 2 Yrs (min 1 year) in a QA lead position.
  • Experience in Manual and Automated Testing and appropriate use of Software quality tools
  • Experience in preparing Test Plans, Test Cases, Estimation, Execution, Management, Tracking, Reviews.
  • Proficient in writing Test Plans including Estimations and Documenting test conditions test procedures and writing test cases for Manual and Automated Testing.
  • Motivated self-starter with exceptional team building, Leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player with the ability to work in time sensitive environments.
  • Possess good communication and organization skills with the ability to adapt to a new environment.
  • Desirable: Experience in Implementation of Quality Standards (ISO 27001, and CMM.
  • Desirable: Understanding of Financial Derivatives or related areas
  • Desirable: Hands on Experience working on Rational Tools like Rational Requisite Pro, Clearquest, Clearcase
