Job Description:

Job Responsibility

  • Must have 3 to 5 Years of experience in Web Application Testing.
  • Must have worked experience on Web 2.0
  • Must have working experience on W3C
  • Must have Strong Experienced in both Manual and Automation Testing of software applications.
  • Extensively worked on both Client server and Web based applications.
  • Must have strong experienced in Database Application Testing (SQL and PL/SQL).
  • Good Exposure in Data ware house Testing.
  • Good Experienced in Testing the Application on UINX/Linux Environment.
  • Good Exposure in Unix/Linux Commands & Shell Scripting.
  • Strong knowledge in protocols like SSH, SCP etc
  • Knowledge in shell scripting Worked on various terminal like: WinScp, Putty
  • Experience in writing, reviewing and executing test cases as per the client process
  • Hands on Experience in generating scripts for functionality
  • Experience in configuration management Tool VSS 6.0.
  • Understanding of different phases of sdlc and STLC.
  • Experience in Functional, Cross Browser Testing, Breadcrumb Testing, Regression, System, GUI Testing and Recovery Testing.
  • Well-known with all the stages of Defect Tracking Life Cycle (DTLC).
  • Experience in using, Mantis1.0.8, Track+3.2 as a defect tracking management tools.
  • Working Experience in QTP 8.2 and QTP 9.2
  • Executing Test Scripts using QTP 8.2&9.2 and reported the bugs using Test Director 7.6 and 8.0.
  • Participated in the review meetings to discuss about ongoing project with Team Members and Team Lead
  • Good knowledge on oracle 8i and SQL Server 2000.
  • Exposure on Win runner, Load Runner and QC 9.0
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and documentation skills.
