Job Description:

  • Define, Document, Maintain and Modify Incident, Problem, Change and other Service Management Processes on an ongoing basis
  • Measure the effectiveness of these processes and assess their value and benefit
  • Identify opportunities and improve the processes, people & technology in terms of implementation, review and documentation.
  • Identify, arrange and provide training related to process.
  • Ensure effective measurement, review and reporting of KPIs.
  • Take new initiatives and implement new industry trends in the team
  • Interacting with relevant process owners to understand and improve alignment between processes
  • Responsible for conducting reviews and publishing assessment reports
  • Recommend corrective Actions based on Customer Satisfaction surveys, Voice of Customer Surveys.
  • Do analysis of all the process performance reports and make the necessary recommendations to the Management.
  • Reviewing current work practices to identify areas in which quality or productivity could be improved
  • Review the metrics reported and suggest scope for improvement if any that maybe required to the relevant process, project owners
  • Promote an environment that encourages employee participation in identifying and reporting quality issues.
  • Responsible for monitoring quality metrics and generating reports.
