Job Description:

Design, develop, and document Functional level tests for Juniper Networks family of IP routers.

  • Work closely with the software and hardware teams to develop and execute the functionality testing and release a well tested Product
  • The functional testing includes, Conformance to standardBasic funcationality coverage Cust topology simulation
    Interoperability with leading vendors Scaling and performance testing
  • Support Beta cust on need basis
  • Support Tech Pubs team for coming up with manul and examples to be used by our cust
  • Script the testcases and hand it over to the Regression team
  • Post release support to TAC team on need basis

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • The candidate must be able to demonstrate strong proficiency in networking protocols
    (e.g., BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, RSVP),
  • Deep understanding of functionality
  • Undetstand their configuration, and deployment.
  • Understanding of standard and third party implementations
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Proficiency in perl (or some other scripting) and UNIX is a must.
  • A BE/BTECH/MTech is required and a minimum of 3 years related experience is expected.
