Job Description:

  • Handle the quality team for all processes in BDC and ensure compliance to individual KRA’s.
  • Working with Operations team to improve quality and ensure continuous improvement
  • Monitoring Quality workflow and ensure completion.
  • Preparing, Analyzing all quality related reports.
  • Ensuring quality disputes are resolved and updated.
  • Identifying and implementing all areas of process improvements in close co-ordination with the Deputy Mngr.

Qualification:

Any Graduate (Statistics preferred).

SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT TRAINED; LEAN CERTIFIED

Required Skills:

  • MINIMUM 4 YEARS TOTAL EXPERIENCE AT LEAST IN A reputed ITES/BPO COMPANY WITH 2 YEARS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IN QUALITY
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS
  • EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO HANDLE MULTIPLE PRIORITIES
  • EXCELLENT PEOPLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS
  • KNOWLEDGE OF PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING
  • SIX SIGMA / LEAN TRAINED
