Job Description:

  • Collaborate with other Engineers, Engineering groups & senior management, voluntarily shares information.
  • Perform required tests in a self-directed manner, anticipate issues, and modify procedures as necessary.
  • Offer proposed design changes/suggestions to processes and procedures, involved in Product planning as it relates to quality standards.
  • Exercise considerable latitude in determining technical objectives, without appreciable direction. .
  • Develops solutions to complex problems, which require regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
  • Should have drive to handle the project on own and provide necessary guidance to the junior staff.
  • Should prepare schedule and able to forecast on any schedule slippage and have contingency plan in place.
  • Should be technically strong and able to resolve any technical issues for the team and able to point to right person to get answers if he/she not able to resolve the issues on own.
  • Should have good sense of urgency, to get quick resolution to any of kind of issues coming during the Test execution.
  • Should be capable of collecting quality metrics for product improvement and able to propose risk analysis to the Program team.
  • Should manage to conduct bug triage meetings with Dev team and provide clarity on bugs raised by the team.
