  • Manage multiple testing projects and oversee Planning & Execution in the area of performance Testing/Engineering for global IT groups
  • Managing project quality & timely delivery for all projects managed.
  • Evaluation and recommendation of appropriate tools for performance testing
  • Interaction with tool vendors for technical support and commercial negotiation
  • Effort Estimation, budget & creating business proposals, pre-sales activities in the areas of Software Testing and Performance Testing/Engineering.
  • Present Performance Testing Approach and Methodology to various levels of clients (business decision makers)
  • Mentoring and Managing team.
