Job Description:

  • Having good work experience in Performance Testing, Engineering, Deep Diagnostics / Profiling / Monitoring. Tools – Loadrunner / Performance Center / Open STA / Jmeter.
  • Understanding and focusing on the client’s needs, establishing credibility and building relationships with clients.
  • Should have 5 Years of experience in Performance Testing.
  • Good experience on Test Strategy / Test Planning / Due diligence and Test Automation feasibility study.
  • Skill in doing risk analysis and determine testing approach to improve the testing efficiency.
  • Excellent skills in Report generation, Excel Macro writing, Defect tracking and monitoring.
  • Excellent knowledge of sdlc and Follows disciplined software Testing practices.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Project Lead.
  • Skill in analysis, solid decision – making and problem solving.
  • Ability to deliver Results under pressure.
  • Banking Insurance Domain exp desirable.
