Job Level Details:

Creates, prepares, and conducts quality assurance reviews and develops and executes Test plans. Works with clients to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve questions during the experience including exposure to testing process. May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project. Analyzes, tests and performs ambiguity reviews of business requirements and functional specification documents. Uses functional knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving moderately complex test problems. Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects. Documents all phases of QA process

Mandatory Skills:

  • 3- 5 Years of purely Testing Experience
  • Manual Testing with sound Test Design and Test Execution skills. Should be able to understand business requirements and develop relevant scenarios and test cases.
  • Good in communication as the Project is customer facing and will be interacting with on site team on regular basis.
  • Should have exposure to the entire Testing Life Cycle and different testing methodologies.

Role Description:

  • Have to execute test cases, document detailed Results and summary Report.
  • Creating Test plan and Test cases
  • May coordinate UAT with business representatives.
  • Monitor and resolve testing issues.
  • Communicates with the Client team members regarding testing issues
  • Perform testing tasks concurrently on multiple locales.
  • May Perform production checkouts
  • May coordinate the overall execution of the test plan with group and business representatives.
  • May research production issues.
  • May act as technical resource to other testers.
  • May occasionally perform database testing
  • Additional responsibilities as directed by either the QA Lead or Management
