Job Description:

  • The candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in the Gaming Industry.
  • The candidate should have strong Technical knowledge on all Consoles & should have intimate knowledge of Standard Testing across all Platforms.
  • The candidate should be able to groom, mentor & lead the team below him on multiple projects.
  • The candidate should be able to manage end to end operations and should be able to keep multiple customers happy.
  • The candidate should have good written & verbal communication skills.
  • The candidate should be willing to work hard to contribute to the growth of the Organization.
  • The candidate should be able to demonstrate ability to independently solve problems and drive Results.
  • The candidate should be able to take ownership of and communicate key messages with clients in a timely and productive manner.

GlobalStep - India is a game testing company with offices in Dallas, Amsterdam and QA labs in Pune, India. GlobalStep provides functionality and standards testing for publishers and developers in Europe and the U.S., on Consoles, PC, MMOG and Mobile platforms. We are licensed testers for Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, Sony PSP, PS2 and PS3 and do Windows for game testing as per Microsoft Standards.
