Job Description:

  • Establish enterprise wide software development processes and Train the organization in these processes.
  • Implement Quality Management Systems across the organization.
  • Implementation of Software Engineering and software Product related Quality practices.
  • Process Compliance Auditing & Documentation.
  • Conduct Internal Quality trainings
  • Coordinate with an external audit agency to obtain quality certification for the company
  • Manage schedules and related activity to ensure timely assessment and certification
  • Support project team in Requirement analysis gathering / definition and documenting
  • Analysis on customer feedback, project performance, issues and status reporting on overall health of the projects to Software Delivery and Operation Managers
  • Conduct performance and process metrics analysis and reporting for organizational and program metrics program
  • Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc audits / assessments of internal quality systems, produce audit reports, and conduct follow-up evaluations on corrective Actions which address non-compliance concerns
  • Act as an independent quality auditor for other programs
