Job Description:

  • Planning all aspects of project including statement of work, project plan, detailed WBS, resource needs
  • Implementation of plan, manage and Report project progress, participates in technical and process reviews
  • Measure all performance Parameters as per project objectives, create improvements plans and implement them in the project
  • Ensure complete customer focus in deliveries including managing requirements, reviews, obtaining acceptance plans and feedbacks
  • Understand Application testing requirements and Test strategy
  • Plan and perform knowledge transition sessions with client
  • Interfaces and negotiates with customer with regard to project estimates, schedules and deliverables
  • Establishes smooth communication channels with customer
  • Communicate project status to client, senior management and all stakeholders on daily/weekly basis.
