Job Description:

  • Should have 3 – 10 years of experience in QA / Testing
  • Should have good knowledge of Automation Testing – Tools & techniques and Framework (- hands-on experience in QTP, Loadrunner)
  • Considerable skill in understanding and focusing on the clients’ needs, establishing credibility and building relationships with clients.
  • Good experience on Test Strategy / Test Planning / Due diligence and Test Automation feasibility study.
  • Optimized Test Automation script development skills using Test tools like QTP,Loadrunner and scripting language like VB Script, TSL or any other scripting language.
  • Familiar with Test Automation Framework development and implementation.
  • Should have sufficient knowledge of SQL queries.
  • Skill in doing risk analysis and determine testing approach to improve the testing efficiency.
  • Excellent skills in Report generation, Excel Macro writing, Defect tracking and monitoring.
  • Excellent knowledge of sdlc and Follows disciplined software Testing practices.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as team lead for Test Automation
  • Skill in analysis, solid decision-making and problem solving.
  • Ability to deliver Results under pressure
  • QTP,Loadrunner Quality Center, Excel Macro, SQL queries other tools like Silk Test, Win runner, Rational etc.
  • People Management skills. Good experience on Automation and Performance testing projects
  • Project Management
  • Complete Hands on Testing Life Cycle.
  • Testing Tools Expert. Technical Solutioning
