Job Description:

  • Assistant Manager – SQA (1 nos) {Minimum 7 yrs experience}
  • Executive – SQA (1 nos) {Minimum 4 yrs experience}
  • Carry out the activities as planned in the SQA plan
  • Process Facilitation for projects (Planning, monitoring & control, Engineering, Quantitative management, Verification & validation, Risk development & management, DAR, CAR process etc)
  • Perform reviews (work Product & process) and audits (initiation, phase end, In-process , closure audits)
  • Participation in formal QA reviews with the projects with respect to process implementation
  • Identifying problems in implementation in QMS
  • Facilitate preparation of process improvement plan based on the outcome of Audits, implement and measure improvements
  • Review and Report the progress on the Action plans from the Customer satisfaction survey.
  • Verification of projects metrics
  • Contributing to other board activities (SEPG, QM, DP & Tools)
  • Conduct Process Trainings for the Project teams on the process areas.
  • Should be able to drive and implement process initiatives
