After successful Installation of QuickTest Professional we need to launch it with appropriate add-ins.To launch QTP follow this:

  1. Start->All Programs->QuickTest Professional->QuickTest Professional
  2. QuickTest Professional Add-in Manager will open
  3. Select the appropriate add-in to load(Select the appropriate add-ins to support your Application’s environment)
  4. Click Ok
  5. Welcome screen will open
  6. Select the blank Test to start new test
