Handling a Missing Action in QTP

If your Test calls an External action that is renamed or deleted, the Action is displayed in the MISSING RESOURCES pane.

To link these missing Actions again to the test:

1. In the MISSING RESOURCES pane, double-click the MISSING ACTION. The Locate MISSING ACTIONS dialog box appears.
2. In the LOCATE MISSING ACTIONS dialog box, click the LOCATE ANOTHER ACTION button to browse for the action.
3. Click OK. The missing action is now linked.
